Digital Voice BT information roadshow

BT is holding a series of drop-in events throughout Wales for customers to ask any questions about the digital switch.

You will probably have already heard that landlines in the UK are going digital by 2025, and you might want to know more about what this means for your home phone, especially if you have other services that connect to your landline, such as a lifeline alarm or other telecare.

Your phone company must know what services you use through your landline so they can help you through any steps needed to make the switch.

BT is inviting its customers to switch to its digital home phone service on a region-by-region basis and is holding a number of drop-in events to explain what Digital Voice is, why the change is necessary, and what it means for you.

You don’t have to pre-book, just turn up.

Delta Wellbeing will join the Carmarthenshire events team to help answer any questions you may have about the digital switch and your lifeline. They are being held:

• April 15th & 16th
