A customer told our advisor she was “okay” during a lifeline activation call. However, he quickly identified that something wasn’t right and called an ambulance. Despite her assurance, the lady did require medical assistance and was taken to hospital as a result. She later contacted the team and said, “I’m very grateful to your advisor for his help and wish to pass on my thanks.”
