Why buy? – With a one off payment we can programme and send the right TEC solution for you. Our technology can be programmed to an individuals’ telephone so that family and friends can answer the call if an alert is raised.

A monitoring subscription can also be purchased so that when the alert is raised, our expert Delta Wellbeing advisors can answer your call 24/7 and alert nominated contacts or emergency services.

Alternatively one of our professional TEC Officers could undertake the installation, offer further advice and demonstrate the equipment to you. Once set up your equipment will connect immediately through to our expert team at our 24/7 monitoring centre who are ready to respond to your call.

Why hire? – By signing up to hire our equipment you are also receiving the help and support of our TEC officers. Our officers will not only install the equipment but will visit annually to service and check the equipment for you. The cost of monitoring your calls by our expert wellbeing advisors is also part of the hire package. This package can be cancelled at any time.
